Lost my engagement ring

Lost my ring in London the 2nd of October 2015. I'm not sure exactly where but either in or outside the O2 arena, in the taxi or in Blackfriar Street where i stayed during my visit. It's a gold ring With 3 small Diamonds fitted in a row. There's an inscpition inside.
I would very much like to get my ring back as it abviously has high sentimental value. Finder will be rewarded. Please contact me if you have found it og might know anyone who has..
