The lost24.pl portal was set up to connect two groups of people: those who have lost something valuable and wish to get it back, and those who have found a valuable item and wish to return it to its owner. We give you a tool that facilitates the exchange of information and contact between the finders and the people who are seeking their belongings.

Our portal not only gives immediate help, it also contains preventive measures. You can find out how to protect yourself and your loved ones, and how to secure your valuables against theft. All you have to do is to visit the section Protect Yourself to find articles on the methods and opportunities offered by the market to secure and protect your valuables.

How does the portal work?

You could say that lost24.pl is an on-line lost and found service. If you lose a valuable item, such as a wallet, mobile, or laptop, then all you need do is to login on the portal. We have designed it so that you can add a detailed description of your lost item, including photos and the exact or approximate location where you lost it. The portal also works the other way around: if you find something then you can describe the item, document it and mark the location on the map where the item was found. This means that we can connect those people who are looking for their belongings with those who have found them, all in a very simple and, what is more, very effective way. 

You will be automatically notified if your item is found by another user in the designated location, meaning that you do not have to keep coming back to check as our portal does all the work for you.
