To search our database of lost items, people and pets, go to the home page, enter the phrase you are looking for in the search box and click “Find it!”.
Or you can go straight to the “Found” section and set the search parameters you need.
The search results will be displayed on the map, where you can browse items found by other users.
If you have been fortunate enough to find your lost item via our website, you can get in touch with the finder using the contact form.
You must sign in before you can contact other users. If you don't have an account yet, sign up. Signing up is very easy and the whole process can be completed in less than 3 minutes.
If you haven't found your item on our website, don't worry. Just report your item to help the finder get in touch with you.
Our website will automatically notify you if another user finds your item. The notification will be sent to the email address you specified. The list of items that meet your search criteria will also be available in your user panel in the “Found for you” section.
To report a lost item, click “Report item” in the toolbar at the top and select “Lost item” in the next step. Fill in all the required fields, specify the location and wait for the finder to contact you.
You can view or modify your reported items via the User Panel. You can also use the panel to search for those found items that meet your search criteria, change your password or change the email address for notifications.
To open the User Panel, click your account name at the top of the page.
If you have found something and would like to return it to the owner, you can report the item you found or check the “Lost” section to find out if someone is already looking for it. Get in touch with the owner, agree on the return conditions and finalize the transaction.
