The hack occurred on September 18, when cybercriminals hacked into the company's technical account using a software vulnerability. OCHNIK responded quickly, implementing preventive measures and securing the system. The company claims that no passwords or transaction history were stolen, and the risk of data misuse is low. Nevertheless, caution is advised against phishing, spam and suspicious messages.
