The Internet swindler stood trial. One click on the link is a loot  for a swindler and for the person who clicked it translates into a sentence. 1200 aggrieved parties and extortion of over 1 million PLN. 


The trail of suspected Krzysztof H. commenced . The man is suspected of Internet frauds. According to prosecutor's office , during one month the man extorted over 1 million PLN from thousand people. We invite to the blog. Be vigilant while opening e-mail messages. 


The content of the mail was enigmatic "it is urgent please explain", and there was a  link which directed us to the website which required  the acceptance of cookie files. The aggrieved parties did not realize and accepted regulations of the paid agreement to access the service. 


In other words they signed the electronic version of the agreement which translated into the possibility of fees collection. The majority of the issued requests for payment amounted from a few up to a dozen or so thousands PLN. If somebody did not wish to pay, Krzysztof H. threatened to sue the person,  start debt collection or also send an entry to national debt register. Altogether he swindled 1 million PLN and there are 1200 aggrieved parties. 


According to the prosecutor, the  agreements are not valid and incompatible  with the law. On the other hand, Krzysztof H. claims that he is innocent and files for examining all aggrieved parties, i.e. almost 1200 people. The case can take a few long years.
